Amanda Ayshford MNAEA
Director
Amanda has been working in Estate Agency, handling the sale of Residential property in the Torbay area since 1990 and is also well known for working at an Independent Estate Agent in Preston, Paignton for a number of years. She has extensive experience and knowledge of the local area.
She is enthusiastic and brings a fresh approach to the estate agency business, and is also a member of Propertymark with a NFOPP Level 3 Qualification in the Sale of Residential Property.
Amanda was born and raised in Paignton and has lived in the Preston and Paignton area her whole life. She enjoys time with her family, and going for walks with their dogs Millie and Poppy.
Aaron Ayshford ANAEA
Sales Negotiator
Aaron joined the business in 2022, working alongside his mum, Amanda, as a Junior Estate Agent.
Since then, he has quickly developed his skills and is now an Associate of Propertymark, having achieved his Level 2 Qualification in the Sale of Residential Property with a Distinction.
In December 2023, Aaron was proudly awarded Propertymark Apprentice of the Year across the whole of the United Kingdom — a fantastic achievement that reflects his dedication and passion for the industry.
Aaron is involved in many of the day-to-day aspects of the business, including property photography and descriptions, sales progression, viewings, customer service and social media.
Born and raised in Preston, Aaron has a great knowledge of the local area and enjoys helping people find their perfect home in the community he knows so well.
Alison Hand
Sales Administrator
Alison has previously worked for an estate agency in Paignton for many years and has undertaken various roles from property lettings to office administrator, sales negotiator undertaking viewings and negotiations to market appraisals.
She was with a reputable local estate agency since they started the business and is very experienced with their systems and work practices. She was responsible for the management of the office and ensuring smooth transition from initial client enquiry to full marketing and all associated system and administrative procedures.
Alison is married and has two children and she enjoys playing tennis, pickleball and paddle tennis and enjoys walking and spending time with her family and friends.
Helen Holgate BA (HONS)
Sales Negotiator
Helen is a local lady, who has been involved in property her whole career. Starting work with conveyancing Solicitors in Newton Abbot, then moving to Estate Agency until the 1990's when she was involved in the development of affordable homes for local families. She then returned to Estate Agency in 2012, since when she has been dealing with both the selling and letting of properties.
She has a BA (Hons) degree in Housing and Development, gaining valuable insight into the local property market during her long years working in The Bay.
Helen has herself recently experienced the challenges of the process of selling and buying a new home and appreciates the support required during these transactions. She offers empathy and understanding throughout this important and sometimes demanding journey.
Belinda Nicholas
Sales Administrator
Belinda, who is new to the team, worked in Social Housing, at the beginning of her career for Devon Community Housing Society (now Guiness Trust), Exeter City Council and Teignbridge District Council, achieving a Diploma in Housing Studies, and Chartered Institute of Housing membership. Belinda took a career change and worked as an Administrator and Senior Administrator for Devon County Council for 23 years, and more recently worked as a Senior Administrator for South Devon College.
Having recently sold and bought a property, Belinda understands the process from a vendor/buyer’s perspective, and appreciates the empathy and support that is required during these processes.
In her spare time, Belinda enjoys walking her two dogs, swimming, and hopes to learn paddle boarding soon.
