In a significant move within the Paignton property market, Amanda Ayshford Estate Agents have successfully acquired the Paignton Property portfolio of Williams Hedge Estate Agents, the market-leading firm known for its exceptional service and sales record over the last 15 years. This acquisition marks a pivotal moment for both companies and coincides with Amanda Ayshford opening a stunning, newly refurbished office on Torquay Road to cement her success and expansion in the local property market.

Jon Williams and Mark Hedge, the founding Directors of Williams Hedge have decided to retire and have now sold their Paignton and Teignbridge/Torquay business after each having worked for over 35 years in the South Devon Property Market.

She has worked for several local & corporate estate agencies and has great local area knowledge and over 30 years of experience. Starting her own business in 2020, in just 4 years, along with her son Aaron she has built up a fantastic business, providing a personal and professional service to each and every client. She has recently expanded her team by taking on two new members of experienced staff, Alison Hand & David Kinney who previously worked at Williams Hedge for many years.
