Amanda Ayshford MNAEA
Director
Amanda has been working in Estate Agency, handling the sale of Residential property in the Torbay area since 1990 and is also well known for working at an Independent Estate Agent in Preston, Paignton for a number of years. She has extensive experience and knowledge of the local area.
She is enthusiastic and brings a fresh approach to the estate agency business, and is also a member of Propertymark with a NFOPP Level 3 Qualification in the Sale of Residential Property.
Amanda was born and raised in Paignton and has lived in the Preston and Paignton area her whole life, and is still living in Preston with her husband. She enjoys time with her family, and going for walks with their dogs Millie and Poppy.
Aaron Ayshford ANAEA
Sales Negotiator
Aaron joined Amanda Ayshford Estate Agents in 2022 as a Junior Estate Agent and is now an associate of Propertymark, now having achieved his Level 2 Qualification in the Sale of Residential Property with a DISTINCTION grade.
He has won the 'Apprentice of the Year' award at the Propertymark Qualifications 2023 in December 2023, WITHIN THE WHOLE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM!
He enjoys learning all aspects of the job, particularly meeting new people on a day to day basis on viewings and going out to see the different types of property that come onto the market. He also enjoys the social media and marketing side of the business. Aaron is keen to work alongside Amanda and assist in continuing to grow the business and provide an exceptional service to their customers.
Aaron has a good knowledge of the local area, being born and bred in Preston, now living in Shiphay, Torquay.
Alison Hand
Sales Administrator
Alison Hand previously worked for a Corporate Estate Agents in Paignton for five years and has undertaken various roles from property lettings to office administrator, sales negotiator undertaking viewings and negotiations to market appraisals.
She was with a reputable local estate agency since they had started the business and is very experienced in their systems and work practices. She was responsible for the management of the office and ensuring smooth transition from initial client enquiry to full marketing and all associated system and administrative procedures.
Alison is married and has two children and she enjoys playing tennis, pickleball and paddle tennis and enjoys walking and spending time with her family and friends.
David Kinney
Sales Negotiator
David has over 25 years of experience working for several independent estate agents along with a couple of corporate agencies and has a wealth of knowledge within both sales and lettings. David has worked within the Torbay & Teignbridge area for several years providing him with extensive experience and knowledge of the area.
David works as a sales negotiator conducting viewings, sales negotiations, providing feedback to our vendors and assisting applicants to find their dream home.
David lives locally with his dog Chester. He also volunteers for a local foodbank within the Teignbridge area, David enjoys spending time with friends, visiting Dartmoor and walks along our local beaches.
